Southern Traditions Roofing is a family-owned roofing company based in Orlando, Florida. Founded in 2019 by August Pleveich, we've completed over 1,000 roofing projects across Central Florida — from residential roof replacements to commercial installations.
August learned the craft alongside his father, Jon Pleveich, who runs Southern Traditions Development — a custom homebuilder in the Orlando area. That foundation in quality construction is at the heart of everything we do. We don't cut corners, we use premium materials, and we stand behind every roof we install.
As a Florida-licensed roofing contractor (CCC#1332902) and DaVinci Masterpiece Certified installer, we bring expertise and craftsmanship to every project. I grew up working alongside my father, Jon Pleveich, owner of Southern Traditions Development — one of Central Florida's premier custom homebuilders. That hands-on foundation taught me that quality work and honest service aren't just business practices — they're family values.
Since founding Southern Traditions Roofing in 2019, I've personally overseen more than 1,000 roofing projects across Central Florida. I'm on every estimate, every project, and every final walkthrough. When you call Southern Traditions, you get me — not a sales rep, not a call center.
