Southern Traditions Roofing provides roofing services including roof replacement, repair, and installation in Orlando and Central Florida. All services are subject to availability and scheduling.

Estimates and Pricing

All estimates provided are based on the information available at the time of the quote. Final pricing may vary based on the actual scope of work, volume of materials, and any unforeseen conditions discovered upon arrival. We provide transparent, upfront pricing before any work begins.

Customer Responsibilities

By requesting our services, you represent that:

  • You are the property owner or have authorization to request roofing services
  • You will provide safe and reasonable access to the roof and work area
  • You will disclose any known hazardous materials or unsafe conditions
  • You will ensure vehicles and obstacles are cleared from the work area as requested

Liability

Southern Traditions Roofing is fully licensed (CCC#1332902) and insured. We take reasonable care to prevent damage to your property during the roofing process. However, we are not liable for pre-existing structural conditions not visible prior to work commencing.

Cancellation Policy

We understand plans change. We appreciate advance notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make changes to your scheduled service.

Warranties

Roofing projects include workmanship warranties as specified in your contract. Manufacturer material warranties are separate and governed by the material manufacturer's terms. We provide all warranty documentation upon project completion.
